01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The biggest advice I would give any woman starting off in any field is just believe in yourself, because at the end of the day, if you have confidence in yourself, and you have drive, then you will figure out how to do whatever you want to do. Just give it your best ability, and if you do your best, that's really all you can do, and it will happen for you on the other end, eventually.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Right now, I think we're in a unique time where people are understanding how important it is to be career ready... I am not a spring chicken, or young by any means, but still young enough to relate to the youth and help them understand how important it is to have areas experiential learning experiences, and take on roles, leadership roles in campus... you have to post on LinkedIn.
