Maddie Marburger

Maddie Marburger is the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Circular Solutions, where she focuses on tracking recycling supply chains to ensure materials are properly recycled and reused rather than sent to landfills. In this capacity, she works with major brands and events to promote circularity and sustainability in the green tech space. Marburger brings adaptability from prior roles in medical device sales at Care Assist for three and a half years and technology sales at ADP. She earned her degree in art from the University of Kentucky and graduated summa cum laude after completing a year-long internship in Europe. She is actively involved with Women Making the Molds and the Green Sports Alliance, and she advises young women entering the industry to adopt a 'fake it till you make it' mindset while trusting their intuition and continuously learning.
