My advice to young women entering my industry is to network as much as possible and put yourself out there. Building genuine professional relationships and actively seeking opportunities to connect with others can open doors, increase visibility, and support long-term career growth.

The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is technology. It is constantly evolving, which requires continuous learning and adaptability, but it also creates new tools and systems that improve efficiency, expand capabilities, and open up new ways of working and solving problems.
