02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to just keep going. You’re not being rejected, you’re being redirected. Trusting that perspective has helped me stay resilient, focused, and open to new opportunities.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to keep going—it gets better. Stay patient with your growth, trust the process, and know that challenges are part of building experience and confidence over time.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is making space for yourself in a male-dominated industry. At the same time, it presents an opportunity to grow, lead with confidence, and help create more inclusive environments for others coming up behind me.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity is the most important value in both my work and personal life. I believe in doing good, acting with honesty, and staying true to my principles in everything I do.
