About Madeline

An emerging healthcare administration leader with a strong foundation in health system operations, healthcare design, strategic planning, and patient-centered innovation. Currently serving as an Administrative Fellow at Montefiore Health System, she is participating in a highly competitive executive development program that provides direct exposure to senior leadership and hands-on experience across key areas of healthcare administration, including specialty pharmacy, healthcare design and construction, clinical operations, and practice management.

Passionate about improving healthcare experiences through thoughtful design and operational excellence, she has built a diverse portfolio of experience spanning academic, consulting, and health system environments. Through her fellowship and prior administrative residency at UPMC, she has contributed to strategic initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and operational projects that enhance patient care delivery and organizational performance.

While pursuing graduate studies through the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures, she served as President of the Healthy Futures Chapter, leading experiential learning opportunities, creating interdisciplinary partnerships, and connecting students with healthcare executives, architects, and industry leaders. She also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, supporting the integration of healthcare, hospitality, and design principles in educational programming.

Her consulting experience includes developing a strategic patient lodging plan for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and partnering with the Tompkins County Office for the Aging to advance age-friendly community design initiatives. These projects reflect her commitment to creating environments that support accessibility, wellness, and positive patient outcomes.
