Madelyn Dalagiannis is a dedicated finance professional currently serving as a Mid-Corporate Banker – Associate at J.P. Morgan. Madelyn began her professional journey with Citi, where she held roles as a Commercial Banking Analyst and Associate, gaining valuable exposure to financial modeling, market analysis, and complex corporate transactions. She complemented her early career with hands-on experience in leadership and mentorship roles, including teaching and guiding over 800 young participants as a cheerleading instructor at Varsity Spirit. These experiences helped her develop strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that she brings to the finance sector.

A graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Madelyn actively engaged in student organizations such as the Investment Banking Club, Women in Business, and Women in Finance. Through these roles, she developed expertise in investment analysis, M&A discussions, and corporate finance, while also supporting initiatives to mentor and empower young women pursuing careers in business. What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is staying the course and maintaining confidence while being the only woman on a finance team.

The values most important to me are hard work, dedication, and making time to nurture personal connections, especially with my nephew and my little dog, Winnie.
