Madelyn Dalagiannis
Madelyn Dalagiannis is a dedicated finance professional currently serving as a Mid-Corporate Banker – Associate at J.P. Morgan. With experience spanning credit risk and commercial banking, she has developed a strong foundation in corporate finance, client relationship management, and financial analysis. Throughout her career, Madelyn has demonstrated a commitment to understanding the unique needs of mid-sized corporate clients and providing strategic banking solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Madelyn began her professional journey with Citi, where she held roles as a Commercial Banking Analyst and Associate, gaining valuable exposure to financial modeling, market analysis, and complex corporate transactions. She complemented her early career with hands-on experience in leadership and mentorship roles, including teaching and guiding over 800 young participants as a cheerleading instructor at Varsity Spirit. These experiences helped her develop strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that she brings to the finance sector.
A graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Madelyn actively engaged in student organizations such as the Investment Banking Club, Women in Business, and Women in Finance. Through these roles, she developed expertise in investment analysis, M&A discussions, and corporate finance, while also supporting initiatives to mentor and empower young women pursuing careers in business. Her combination of technical skill, leadership experience, and dedication to fostering growth in others positions her as a rising leader in the corporate banking industry.

I attribute my success to my passion for financial banking and my love for working with people, embracing a path different from my family’s medical background that truly inspires me every day.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that you can be successful regardless of your gender, even in environments where you may be the only woman on your team.

My advice to young women entering this industry is that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is staying the course and maintaining confidence while being the only woman on a finance team.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are hard work, dedication, and making time to nurture personal connections, especially with my nephew and my little dog, Winnie.
