Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the lessons and values instilled in me by my late father, a military officer and attorney, who taught me the importance of hard work and discipline. I also credit the unwavering support of my family and friends, whose encouragement and strength have helped me navigate challenging times.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My number one piece of advice for young women entering this industry is to seek out mentors—ideally more than one—and take every opportunity to connect and learn from others. Building relationships and learning from those with experience is invaluable for growth and success.
