The best career advice I’ve ever received is that it’s not just about what you know, but who you know. This advice encouraged me to prioritize networking, reaching out, and building genuine connections. I’ve learned that you never know who someone may know or what opportunities can come from forming meaningful professional relationships.

My advice to young women entering the industry is to be yourself. Authenticity builds confidence, credibility, and meaningful connections, and it’s what will help you stand out in any space.

One of the biggest challenges in my field is delivering exceptional customer service to a wide range of individuals, from parents to prospective clients. However, I view this challenge as an opportunity. I genuinely enjoy working with people, and I focus on understanding their needs, meeting their expectations, and accommodating them in any way I can. This approach allows me to build trust, create positive experiences, and strengthen relationships.

Balance is the value I prioritize most in both my work and personal life. Maintaining healthy relationships while managing work and school allows me to live life to the fullest and take advantage of every opportunity. I believe balance creates long-term success, fulfillment, and personal growth.
