Madilynn Kendricks-Bush, MBA, is an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive known for helping organizations transform and modernize their networks through AI-driven, next-generation solutions. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in South Florida, she partners with large-scale enterprise customers to design secure, scalable, and future-ready networking architectures. Her role builds on a strong foundation of technical sales expertise developed over several years with Juniper Networks, where she advanced from Senior Virtual Sales Executive to Enterprise Account Executive, supporting customers across Florida with innovative networking technologies.

Madilynn’s career is rooted in a deep commitment to relationship-building, customer trust, and strategic growth. She has consistently delivered high performance throughout her roles at Lenovo, CTG, and SAS, where she supported complex sales operations, built tailored technology solutions, and collaborated across cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. A leader with a strong academic background, she holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Meredith College, where she concentrated in Project Management and held multiple leadership roles within the Student Government Association. Her dedication to service extends beyond her professional life, with more than a decade of volunteer experience in Thailand, Cambodia, and community organizations supporting children and individuals with special needs.

Beyond her work in enterprise technology, Madilynn is passionate about empowering women in male-dominated fields and building spaces for confidence, visibility, and professional growth. She is an advocate within the law enforcement survivor community through the Concerns of Police Survivors organization and remains committed to honoring her family’s legacy of service. Outside of her career, she enjoys traveling—especially to Hawaii—volunteering with turtle hatching programs in South Florida, and staying engaged with causes that inspire personal resilience and community impact.
