She attended Georgia Southern and holds certifications in Word and Excel as well as hazmat, produce, and brokering credentials. Her Interview

Ten minutes with Madison

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say my leadership and my family. I have a good support system behind me, and that's what really keeps me going.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice that I've ever received is that the energy that you put into this job is what you get back, and if I work hard, I'm gonna see a good return with this job, and it's rang true.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't listen to what anybody else says, because you know that you're gonna do the best of your abilities, and do everything in your control to make that happen, and prove them wrong.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Communication is the biggest thing at my job and my personal life. Communicating how you feel, or even communicating with everyone that you work with. It's the biggest principle that I live by, just open communication.
