Madison Brown is a construction management professional serving as Trade Relations Manager for the Dallas Division of Smith Douglas Homes. In this role, she collaborates with trade partners, vendors, and internal teams to cultivate strong relationships, streamline operations, and support the successful delivery of high quality residential communities. Since joining Smith Douglas Homes, Madison has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence and partnership development, building on her previous experience as Project Office Manager for the Dallas Division.

Madison's passion for the construction industry began in high school as a STEM student, where she developed a strong interest in engineering and the built environment. She initially studied Civil Engineering at Louisiana State University before transitioning to Construction Management at Collin College, a path that aligned more closely with her career aspirations. While attending school, she worked as a server, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to balancing academic and professional responsibilities. She launched her career in construction as a Scheduling Coordinator with Love That Door, coordinating window and door installations, before joining Impression Homes, where she served as a Warranty Manager for nearly two years. These experiences provided her with a comprehensive understanding of residential construction operations, customer service, project coordination, and trade partner management.

She is committed to expanding her knowledge, refining her leadership skills, and building collaborative relationships that contribute to organizational success.
