Madison Cumby

Madison Cumby serves as Closing Attorney for a bank, where she manages a range of corporate law matters including real estate closings, Small Business Administration-backed transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and franchise startups. She ensures compliance and protects the bank's interests throughout the closing process. Cumby graduated from law school in 2021 after earning her bachelor's degree in environmental science. Although she initially pursued environmental law, an internship led her to shift focus, and she began her career at a title company handling real estate closings before joining her current employer. She is licensed to practice through the Alabama State Bar and maintains membership in that organization. Cumby passed the bar exam on her first attempt.
