Her Story

About Madison

Over the years, I have experienced a variety of jobs within the communications and administration field. During my college years, I worked as the Assistant Manager for Hand & Stone in Chesterfield Township, MI. Through this opportunity, I assisted with various administrative tasks, fostered my leadership skills, trained and advocated for my team of front desk associates, as well as massage therapists and estheticians, and explored the ins and outs of the holistic health and wellness field.

Additionally, I gained knowledge and experience in the automotive and logistics fields during my time with Total Quality Logistics and General Motors. Through both of these opportunities, I enhanced my skills with customer service, problem-solving, and sales.

At this time, I currently work with Imperial Tax & Accounting Services as an Office Manager, while doing volunteer work for the Timothy D. Robinson Foundation Enrichment Center.

Overall, I have enjoyed working for each of these organizations, and I look forward to continuing to grow and establish myself in this field.

Ten minutes with Madison

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to God, first and foremost. Throughout my journey, he has opened many doors for me to keep growing and moving forward with my career, family, and faith. My family and friends have been my biggest supporters no matter where life has taken me, as well. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my community in my corner.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

For young women entering my industry, don’t be afraid to try new things that take you out of your comfort zone. Change can be uncomfortable at first, but growth and new opportunities will come if you are willing to take the risk.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, accountability, and faith are some of the most important values in both my work and personal life.
