About Madison
Madison Golden is a licensed financial professional with Golden Promise Financial Solutions. She has been in the finance industry for three and a half years and focuses on financial literacy, an area she believes is not taught sufficiently in schools. Through her work, she helps young professionals and others protect their futures and gain security when unexpected circumstances arise. Madison graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 2022 with a degree in fashion merchandising. During her time there, she was a D1 athlete who ran track for 16 years. Prior to entering finance, she modeled for 10 years, an experience that exposed her to many self-employed young women lacking structured financial security and ultimately inspired her career shift. She values being able to help clients build stability and shares her knowledge to empower others.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Stay focused on your goals. Setting a goal early so that you know where you're headed has definitely been helpful for me. The everyday boring work is where you start to see progress.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You belong there. Reaffirm to yourself that you belong there, you did the work that got you into these rooms, and don't question that. Stand proudly and boldly in it. Own your greatness.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being able to help so many people with financial literacy and providing security for clients when life throws circumstances at them.
