About Madison
Madison Hull is a retail sales and management professional with three and a half years of experience in the industry. She began her career at Michael Kors as a Sales Associate after moving to Las Vegas four years ago. Through steady advancement, she now serves as Assistant Store Manager, where she oversees talent, leads the sales floor, and ensures smooth store operations. In addition, she holds the title of Visual Ambassador for the West Coast District, supporting visual merchandising efforts across multiple stores while maintaining her primary store responsibilities. Hull values patience and passion in retail growth and aims to expand her focus on visual merchandising and design, including contributing to grand openings.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be very patient because opportunities are going to happen. The growth in retail is really amazing if you just stay put and keep focusing and have that passion. All of the results will come to you eventually.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In this online world now, bringing back the customer service, bringing people back in out of their houses is hard because people say oh, I'll just buy it online. Make those connections and keep building because it will come. We have to really change the world's aspect.
