01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Influence doesn't require a title. Leadership doesn't require a title. You don't have to have a specific leadership role to be influential. You can be your authentic self and help other people feel seen and capable, and it doesn't have to come from a place of authority.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't wait until you feel fully ready to go pursue what you want. Ask for the stretch assignment before you fully feel qualified. Don't confuse being liked with being effective. Build genuine relationships before you need them.
