Madison Martella is a fourth-generation Central California agricultural professional whose career is rooted in both heritage and innovation. As an in-house Pest Control Advisor (PCA) for Campos Brothers Farms, she plays a key role in managing large-scale farming operations with a focus on pest management strategy, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Her work blends deep field expertise with data-driven decision-making, allowing her to optimize crop outcomes while supporting the evolving needs of growers and customers.

With experience spanning agronomy, chemical inventory oversight, grower relations, and cross-functional project management, Madison is known for transforming complex agronomic insights into clear, actionable strategies. Her background also includes long-standing work with Nino Carvalho Ag Spraying & Farms, where she has contributed in operational, administrative, and creative roles for more than a decade. This diverse foundation—paired with her agricultural communications degree and plant protection minor from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo—gives her a rare blend of technical knowledge, communication skill, and on-the-ground understanding of modern agriculture.
