Madison Michelis

Madison Michelis serves as Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager for North America at ScorePlay. In this role, she manages relationships with teams across the NBA, WNBA, NHL, and MLB, ensuring seamless use of the company's media infrastructure on game days and promoting new features to clients. She brings eight years of experience in sports technology, beginning at Athlos, a Redwood City startup that used electromyography sensors in athletic wear to create customized training modules for professional and college athletes recovering from injuries such as ACL tears. After two years at another similar technology company, she spent a year and a half at HIRO working with large language models in healthcare before returning to sports at ScorePlay. Madison earned a Business Administration degree from De Anza junior college, where she played basketball on scholarship, and later graduated from Menlo College with a double major in marketing and sports management while continuing to compete on the court. Outside her professional work, she plays professional basketball for the Women's Premier Basketball Association in the Bay Area and focuses on community building to increase awareness and opportunities for women in sports.
