01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to God. Without Him, I wouldn't be the person I am today. My faith was instilled in me at such an early age and it has guided everything.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I ever received was from my mother. She told me growing up, no matter what you do, do not stray away from God.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If you're true to yourself and if you educate yourself, then you'll be able to educate others. I think that's the key.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is making sure you are very accurate and precise with things presented at board meetings, and that everything is uploaded and turned in on time. The opportunity is being in the right place at the right time, being a hard worker and a devoted person.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, patience, being a beautiful person and a Christian, loving mankind as God's creation, being patient with individuals, forgiving, doing for others, and treating people the way you want to be treated.
