Maggie began her career in sales and business development at Coca-Cola before moving into demand planning and financial forecasting roles at Briggs & Stratton. Over the years, she has progressed through positions in demand planning, channel marketing, and sales operations, consistently supporting cross-functional initiatives and fostering collaboration between sales, marketing, and supply chain teams. Her approach is grounded in perseverance, mentorship, and embracing change to achieve measurable results.

A former Division 1 athlete and Hall of Fame inductee, Maggie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Alabama, with a minor in Computer Science and a specialization in Global Business. She also completed a summer study abroad program in China. Beyond her professional work, Maggie is a dedicated community leader, serving as a board member of The Kipsongo Project, a nonprofit focused on nutrition, education, and healthcare in Kenya. What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the guidance of great mentors, the ability to leverage my marketing and sales background, and the opportunities to take on diverse roles that helped me grow into my current position as Senior Sales Operations Manager. Studying abroad in China and my early experiences in food and beverage sales also shaped the skills and perspective that continue to drive my career.
