Maggie O'Neill

Maggie ONeill is the owner of her own Juice Pod franchise in Havertown, Pennsylvania, which she opened in June 2024. She manages all aspects of the store including daily operations, training staff of 15 to 20, ordering, and social media and content creation that has grown significantly. Her involvement with the company began seven to eight years ago during her senior year of high school when she helped open the first location in Bryn Mawr and subsequently assisted with five additional locations as well as two summers at the Jersey Shore. She advanced to manage the Bryn Mawr location for two summers while contributing to marketing efforts. Maggie ONeill earned her degree from Penn State as an advertising major where she was deeply involved in THON, the annual dance marathon supporting children with cancer. As a senior she was selected to dance and raised over $10,000. She belongs to the Penn State alumni association and has long supported charitable causes including Communities of Don Guanella, the Philadelphia Catholic Charities Foundation, and campus ministry events during high school.
