About Magie
Magie Hudson serves as an HR Manager in the security industry, a role she has held since July 2026. With nearly five years of experience in human resources, she has built her career across multiple sectors, beginning as an HR representative at Bryan University while studying there. Hudson advanced to HR generalist and senior HR generalist roles before taking an HR manager position at Securitis. Her background also includes work in higher education at Bristol Community College, manufacturing at Millstone Medical Outsourcing and Amatek Brookfield Engineering, as well as fast food and retail management. She studied at both Bryan University and Bristol Community College. Hudson previously served as president of the Family Readiness Group supporting military personnel and commanders, for which she received a military award. She has participated in SHRM meetings and volunteered with the mobile food market at Bristol Community College. Hudson advises young women entering the field to maintain determination and drive, noting that building relationships quickly and understanding specific industries are key challenges.
