My advice to young women entering the healthcare industry is to make sure you find something you are truly passionate about and love, because that passion will sustain you through challenges and drive your success.

The values most important to me in both work and life are balance, joy, and connection—whether that’s through meaningful work, spending time with my dog, enjoying the beach, playing volleyball, or simply being present in the little moments.
