Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Humata Health, she helps drive innovation in prior authorization and automation, building scalable solutions that improve efficiency and enhance patient outcomes. Her career spans hospitals, ambulatory clinics, and small practices, giving her a comprehensive perspective on the healthcare ecosystem and its evolving challenges.
Before joining Humata Health, Maia held program management and consulting roles with organizations such as Olive, PRA Health Sciences, Huron, and R1 RCM, where she partnered with stakeholders across clinical, financial, and operational teams to design strategies that optimized performance, strengthened compliance, and empowered patients. My advice to young women entering the healthcare industry is to make sure you find something you are truly passionate about and love, because that passion will sustain you through challenges and drive your success.

The values most important to me in both work and life are balance, joy, and connection—whether that’s through meaningful work, spending time with my dog, enjoying the beach, playing volleyball, or simply being present in the little moments.
