Maika Mitchell

She is an experienced biomedical research, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and scientific leadership professional with a strong background in COVID research administration, translational research, health equity, biotech regulatory affairs, budgeting, compliance, and scientific writing. She currently works as Senior Director of RECOVER Administration and Operations at NYU Langone Health, where she oversees Clinical Science Core operations, milestones, performance metrics, policies, and program quality. She also teaches biotech regulatory affairs at the University of Maryland Global Campus and leads scientific consulting and research initiatives through Nexus Scientific Solutions and the Nexus Institute for Translational Research.
