01What do you attribute your success to?
My success is the result of God’s grace, resilience built through adversity, and the determination to keep moving forward even when the path was unclear. Every setback refined me. Every season of waiting strengthened me. And every door that closed redirected me toward my purpose. I attribute my success to faith, persistence, and the unwavering belief that what is meant for me will never be denied.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received was this: Don’t shrink your story—someone needs the strength it carries. It reminded me that authenticity creates impact, that purpose grows when you walk in confidence, and that the doors meant for you open when you stop apologizing for who you are. That guidance has shaped every chapter of my career.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Give yourself permission to grow. This industry rewards confidence, clarity, and consistency—not perfection. Ask questions, find mentors, and don’t be afraid to take up space. You belong in every room you step into. And remember: you’re not just learning products; you’re learning how to change lives. Lead with integrity, stay coachable, and trust that your voice matters.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is the level of misinformation surrounding financial products, especially in underserved communities. But within that challenge lies the greatest opportunity: education. Families are hungry for clarity, transparency, and guidance they can trust. Advisors who lead with integrity, cultural awareness, and bilingual communication have a unique chance to make a real impact. The future of this field belongs to those who can simplify complexity and empower people with truth.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Faith, integrity, and compassion guide everything I do. I believe in leading with honesty, serving with humility, and treating every person with dignity and respect. In my work and in my personal life, I value perseverance, purpose, and the responsibility to uplift others. My goal is always to create impact with intention—building trust, inspiring confidence, and helping families step into a more secure and empowered future.
