Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to always learning. That's how I got successful, and I have a lot of people coming to me all the time asking questions and how they can improve things, because I'm always learning new stuff. You're always a learner when you work, and you have to always develop new skill sets, because the market is evolving a lot.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to stay patient. Success and growth don’t happen overnight, and trusting the journey allows you to build experience, resilience, and long-term impact.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say that they have to be accountable and responsible, and always work in a team spirit. Always take advice from your peers or from your directors, because they have been in the field for so long and they have experienced a lot. The best advice I can give is to be a good listener.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is creating open pipeline opportunities for businesses through marketing campaigns. It's a very high and attainable objective for the company, but there's pressure to always associate marketing with revenue, which creates even more pressure on marketers at the moment. We have to always be creative and understand what the bottlenecks are so we can overcome those and create marketing campaigns that generate revenue for the company. The opportunity is that with AI now, everything seems solvable, but on the flip side, human intervention is still needed. We work with AI tools to create high delivery speed for our projects, but we have to make sure that it's always humanized, because authenticity is important.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty and a clear direction are most important to me. Clear direction is hard to attain these days, but it's important for an employee to know where we're navigating in our day-to-day work deliverables. What we work on has to make sense and has to meet the business objectives, so I like to have a clear direction.
