What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a commitment to lifelong learning. In an ever-evolving market, staying curious and continuously developing new skill sets has been the cornerstone of my career. This dedication to growth not only fuels my own progress but also allows me to serve as a resource for others seeking to improve and adapt in their own roles.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I was once told that patience is a form of persistence. Success is a marathon, not a sprint. When you lean into the journey rather than rushing the result, you build a much stronger foundation of experience and character that eventually carries you further than any shortcut could.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Cultivate accountability, value teamwork, and never underestimate the power of being a good listener. I encourage young professionals to actively seek guidance from directors and experienced peers. Tapping into their wealth of knowledge is essential for building a strong foundation and evolving as a leader.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The defining challenge in marketing today is the demand for precise attribution, linking every campaign directly to revenue. To meet this, we must be increasingly creative in solving funnel bottlenecks. AI is our greatest ally here; it provides the processing power to analyze complex attribution data and the speed to deploy revenue-generating content. However, the true competitive advantage lies in a human-in-the-loop'approach, ensuring that while AI drives the efficiency and data mapping, human insight maintains the authenticity required to convert high-value pipeline.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and transparency are my foundational values. I am particularly driven by the need for clear direction in the workplace, ensuring that every task has a 'why' behind it. I thrive when there is a strong alignment between daily operations and long-term business strategy, allowing the team to move forward with confidence and purpose.
