Makayla Brown

She is a motivated retail operations professional and emerging engineering student with strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Currently serving as Backroom Coordinator at MARSHALLS LLC, she leads a close-knit team in freight processing, collaborates with management on system redevelopment, trains new associates, and has been cross-trained in cash office, floor merchandising, and front-end operations. She has also participated in a storewide remodel and manages weekly back stock organization. She began her career at Marshalls in part-time and full-time associate roles, where she developed strong customer service and merchandising skills. She is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Engineering Design Technology at Tri-County Technical College and completed the Summer Start Program at Clemson University. She is recognized as a dependable, versatile, and hardworking professional who combines retail leadership with a strong commitment to academic growth and career development.
