Her Interview
Ten minutes with Malika
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think also my curiosity and I'm also just really relentless. I understand that maybe things can be a down season or maybe things don't look the way that I would like for them to look but that doesn't mean that I can't get there and that I won't figure out a way to get there. I'm very good at strategizing and finding signal and order in chaos. My own self-belief and my own kind of direction I think has been monumental in making sure that I am steady and I keep moving forward no matter what.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My work and personal life, I think freedom. I'm very curious by nature and I like to have the room to explore different thoughts of mine and go off different hunches so even within work just not being confined to one box I love being able to wear different hats.
