Malissa Connors

Melissa Connors is the Sales Enablement Manager at One Trust, headquartered in Atlanta, where she develops training programs, playbooks, and career paths for an inside sales team. Her career began 20 years ago in B2B sales at Paychex, followed by pharmaceutical sales and a decade in medical device sales at a startup promoting TMS therapy for depression, which was later acquired by Edwards Life Sciences. In 2016 she transitioned into sales training and enablement, building programs from the ground up for multiple med device companies with a focus on instructional design and lasting behavior change. Connors is also a certified life and success coach through the Jay Shetty certification school and hosts the podcast Mirror Mirror on the Mic, launched in the past year alongside her coaching business to support women navigating divorce, job loss, and other transitions. She holds a bachelor's degree in corporate communications from Elon University, earned in 2005.
