Her Interview

Ten minutes with Mamatha

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say maybe technology, leadership, and courage. Those are the three things that I'm more focused on currently. That's more of my broader personal brand. My story is really about continually expanding what I believed was possible. I started as an engineer, moved into business and technology leadership, built and led teams, worked across cultures and countries, and learned that some of the most important leadership lessons actually happen outside the office. I believe strongly in curiosity, resilience, and being willing to do things that initially seem intimidating.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Be fearless. Always take calculated risks. Do not be afraid of taking a calculated risk.
