Her Interview
Ten minutes with Manasa
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success is of course the money because without money we can't do anything but another important thing to me is peace. Doing things being ethical and I should be able to sleep peacefully every night. I don't want to be successful with doing unethical things or illegal things or earn money in any wrong way even if I earn less it's okay I should be happy I should keep my family happy and I should be able to sleep peacefully every single night without any worries.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't do anything in a hurry even if you have a very few days to complete or very less time to complete something a tightest deadline. The task is important the accuracy is important. Humans do mistakes but just because of the time we shouldn't do the mistakes because it's not worth it making the stakeholders wait for the longest time and giving them something which is not reliable is not good they might lose trust in what we are doing.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge now is honestly the AI because the way it's drastically changing things is amazing and the biggest challenge is to keep up with it.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In my personal life I'll definitely give more value to respect in any way respect to the partner respect to the parents respect to the friends so they should have their own space and respect to their own space too. I also value the trust a lot because for me if I lose trust on a particular person I really cannot get back to them. In work I do really value the collaboration because that's what gives the effective results the best results. Just being nice to everyone is always good not even professionally but also personally just being nice to everyone.
