Her Interview
Ten minutes with Manashree
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to conscientiousness and strict self-discipline. This helped me keep my schedule on track in my personal and professional life. They have given me a way to try new things and stay imaginative as I run my business and continue my studies. I leverage these attributes daily to optimize performance, achieve goals, and build long-term health and wealth.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I will give is “Either earn a lot or learn a lot. "I'm very adamant about prioritizing knowledge or experience in the beginning because skills compound over time like money.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The young women entering the business world are advised to speak the language of business. Honing business communication improves team productivity, enhances customer loyalty, and reinforces brand messaging.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Right now, the biggest challenge in the business industry is digital transformation and modernizing operations without fragmentation. The challenge is integrating investments into a working, coherent business model. While digital systems like cloud platforms, AI, and big data drive innovation, their complexity often creates operational friction. Data sits in silos, and the systems don't talk. Businesses expect investments to generate anticipated returns. The best solution is to choose new tools that integrate into the existing operating model rather than further fragmenting the platform. I will also suggest implementing change management principles for modern technology adoption.
On the other hand, digital transformations are a great opportunity to offer agile fractional services for expanding niche B2B and subscription models. They boost AI & workflow automation that scales operational efficiency via smart integration and deploy AI beyond finance into supply chains.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are precious to me are self-reflection, determination, and faith. Practicing self-reflection builds emotional intelligence, strengthens team culture, and aligns goals. It helps evaluate our actions and make better decisions for continuous growth. With determination, I can keep the flame of resolve alive to see things through from start to finish, as big results take time. By faith, I mean faith in ourselves and our abilities. Faith drives us to fulfill our purpose. As an entrepreneur, faith gives me the confidence to step outside my comfort zone and trust higher plans.
