01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise them to communicate, transparency, and accountability. Those are my three core values. When you're communicating with clientele, you want to make sure that they're aware of the expectations, and that way, you provide them those expectations, and they provide you theirs. We come to a meeting spot and work with each other. You build that trust with clientele and their families.
