Mandy Kloepfer is the owner of a successful accounting and bookkeeping firm that she founded in 2019, where she provides bookkeeping services to businesses with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and personalized support. With a career in accounting that began in 2009, Mandy has built extensive expertise in financial management and bookkeeping, including more than five years with Intuit supporting QuickBooks users. She holds an associate's degree and bachelor's degree in accounting, as well as a master's degree in forensic accounting. Her professional credentials include being a QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisor, an Enrolled Agent (EA) authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS, and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

Mandy's journey is also one of remarkable resilience. Following a devastating car accident in 2007 that left her with severe injuries, she faced the extraordinary challenge of relearning basic skills, including walking, talking, and eating. Drawing on the perseverance she developed during her service as a U.S. Army veteran, she rebuilt her life one step at a time and continues to embrace new challenges, including competing nationally and internationally in adaptive paracycling. Her personal experiences have strengthened the patience, determination, and problem-solving mindset she brings to both life and her profession, inspiring others with her belief that no obstacle is insurmountable and that persistence always creates a path forward.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to determination and a commitment to never giving up. Throughout my career, I have remained focused on my goals, worked through challenges, and continued moving forward even when progress was difficult. That persistence has helped me grow both personally and professionally.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to stay resilient and keep trying, even when the path is not easy. I have learned that persistence is essential, and that if you continue to believe in yourself and your abilities, the right opportunities and people will eventually recognize your potential.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to never give up. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and improve, and success often comes through persistence rather than immediate results. Stay committed to your goals, keep learning, and trust that with time and dedication, everything will begin to fall into place.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty and integrity are the values that guide me in both my work and personal life. I believe in doing the right thing, maintaining high standards, and approaching every responsibility with professionalism and accountability.
