What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my parents. I’ve been in the food industry since I was 13 years old, and after COVID hit, I transitioned into the technology field. That shift opened new doors for me while allowing me to stay connected to my passion for hospitality and service.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I’ve ever received is to be yourself and be truthful. Authenticity always wins—it builds trust, strengthens relationships, and keeps you grounded no matter how fast things move.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My greatest values come from my family—my parents and my two children, a 16-year-old son and a 2-year-old daughter. They inspire everything I do. Outside of work, I love cooking and writing, both of which keep me creative and balanced.
