About Mandy
Mandy Winkler serves as Director of OBGYN Educational Activities and Program Manager for two subspecialty fellowships at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She has been with the university for 15 years and supports medical students, residents, and fellows through every stage of their educational journey by balancing the complex operational needs of accredited programs. Winkler maintains a deep commitment to the well-being of physicians, physicians in training, and her education team, with a focus on minimizing burnout. She is currently a student at the University of Cincinnati pursuing a Bachelor's of Professional Studies with a focus in Organizational Leadership, reflecting her commitment to lifelong education. In addition to her primary role, Winkler recently became a staff senator for the entire University of Cincinnati and was named vice chair of a committee focused on employee well-being and burnout. She also serves on the national board of the Association for Program Managers in Obstetrics and Gynecology (APMOG) and presents regularly at national conferences on topics such as mentoring and best practices, for which she has received national recognition.
