I have been in my field for over 22 years now, starting as an individual contributor working on Microsoft technologies as a developer. Today, I am Vice President, Managing Partner Solution Sales at CTS Tech, where I've worked for about 16 years. I've been only in one field - Healthcare and life science throughout my journey, and that kind of differentiates me as a leader. It also makes me flexible to take up any leadership roles because of the technology and domain expertise I've gathered. I'm an incubation leader in CTS Tech, and my expertise is incubating complex roles, onboarding onto complex roles, and setting up new practices and new function units. In my current role, I manage partner solution sales for CTS Tech in a pre-sales capacity. My team helps our field teams to sell and grow business through hyperscalers and data partners like Microsoft, Google, AWS, and Snowflake. My job is to help CTS Tech grow their business and customer portfolio by getting business through these cloud and data partners. I develop assets and package healthcare solutions which differentiate CTS Tech in front of these hyperscalers and data partners so that they are referring customers to us. My most notable achievement has been setting up the data and AI practice when we were only selling probably 5 individuals doing some data science business. We grew the practice by 2X in a year's time, converting what was 5 FTE businesses to a full-fledged practice. As we speak today, that is the largest growing practice and the big revenue stream for us.
