Ten minutes with Mansi

01What do you attribute your success to?

To a combination of personal choices I made in the earlier stages of my life and the support I’ve received along the way. I embraced calculated risks, nurtured curiosity, and consistently chose growth over comfort. These decisions instilled discipline and resilience, laying the foundation for my journey. Equally important have been the mentors, leaders, collaborators, support systems who offered guidance and constructive feedback—helping me sharpen my skills, build confidence, and navigate challenges.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on learning and building real capability. Rather than chasing immediate results, the emphasis should be on developing strong foundational skills and gaining meaningful experience. By building real capability, you set the stage for growth, opportunities, and meaningful impact to follow naturally.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

For young women entering the industry, my advice is to actively seek guidance from those who have already charted the path and are willing to invest in your growth and development. There is immense value in learning from experience. Equally important is to embrace courage and confidence—everyone begins somewhere, and nobody enters their career fully formed. It’s okay not to know everything, and it's perfectly okay to be imperfect; true growth unfolds through curiosity, persistence, and self-belief.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The rapid evolution of technologies and frameworks presents a major opportunity - staying up to date with new tools and methods enables deeper insights and greater impact, while requiring a commitment to continuous learning and growth

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both work and personal life are resilience, intentionality, and integrity. Resilience has been a cornerstone of my journey, enabling me to persevere through obstacles without giving up. Intentionality guides me to act with purpose and clarity, thinking ahead in every decision. Integrity is central to how I operate, and honesty is a non-negotiable that shapes both my work and my personal life.
