About Mansi
Mansi More serves as Lead AI Growth Engineer at an AI native developer platform based in San Francisco. Since 2023, she has collaborated with multiple AI startups ranging from Series A to Series C, including bootstrap companies, while also handling the GTM team to enhance product branding and drive revenue growth. In addition to her technical role, Mansi organizes and manages AI events across the San Francisco Bay Area and facilitates hands-on workshops that simplify complex AI tools for both developers and non-developers. She brings a strong technical foundation from her prior experience as a software engineer and her master's degree in data science completed in San Francisco, which equipped her with expertise in machine learning and Python. Mansi is deeply engaged in professional communities including GDG, Python Ladies, Women in AI, Women in Tech, and Women Tech Makers. Through these groups she organizes events, contributes to open source projects, and works to empower women in technology. She attributes her success to maintaining focus and adopting an optimistic perspective, and she values writing and public speaking as key passions that inform her work as a technical influencer and workshop facilitator.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say it's the focus. If I want to focus on good things, if I want to take something in an optimistic way, it won't be good or bad for my career. It's completely dependent on us.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My CEO advised don't care about work-life balance, just work 24 hours even on weekends. I think that was inappropriate advice and I wouldn't give it to anyone.
