Mara Valle

Maria Valle serves as Life Enrichment Director and owns her own wellness center. She began her career working as an activity assistant aide before advancing to the role of Life Enrichment Director. Maria holds a degree in energy medicine and integrates this knowledge to help individuals with trauma, mental health challenges, and overall wellness by combining body, mind, and spirit through practices including meditation, affirmations, self-care, massage therapy, and natural remedies. Her work also draws from her roots in Peru and experience supporting elderly clients with movement and health difficulties. Maria previously worked as a wedding photographer and graphic designer before focusing fully on wellness and healing.
