With over 20 years in the legal field and four years as a business owner, Marci meets with clients in person, via Zoom, or by phone, attending hearings to ensure settlements are properly approved and that her clients understand each step of the process. Her approach is grounded in empathy, straightforward communication, and a commitment to helping clients move forward after trauma.

Prior to founding her own firm, Marci gained extensive experience in the legal and settlement industry, including leadership roles at Synergy Settlement Services and marketing and client relations positions at Beers and Gordon, P.A. She has worked directly with plaintiffs, attorneys, and national associations, building expertise in lien resolution, Medicare compliance, structured settlements, and benefit preservation. Her career is distinguished by a focus on individualized solutions, strong client advocacy, and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in legal settlements.

Marci earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and holds a license in settlement planning, which she maintains through periodic renewal. Beyond her professional work, she has a longstanding commitment to philanthropy, supporting children through organizations like Boys Town of Central Florida for decades. I would tell young women entering this industry to follow their passion and have confidence in themselves—if you put your heart and mind into something, you can achieve it.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is ensuring clients, many of whom have experienced severe trauma, fully understand their options and receive the best possible support. The opportunity lies in guiding them toward clarity and helping them confidently move forward in their lives.

The most important values in my life are family and community, grounded in unconditional love, grace, and meaningful connection. I also value giving back, embracing happiness, and enjoying life through travel, outdoor adventures, and experiencing new cultures.
