Marcy Dzwill
    
													
							Marcy Dzwill is a seasoned operational leader with extensive experience in healthcare and digital health. Currently serving as Senior Director of Provider Success at Regard, she oversees education delivery and support programs for clinicians using the company’s AI-driven clinical decision support platform. In this role, Marcy develops staffing plans, hires and mentors teams, and ensures a high-touch, “white-glove” approach to training and provider engagement, helping to optimize clinician efficiency and patient care outcomes.
Before joining Regard, Marcy held multiple leadership roles across prominent healthcare organizations, including Virtua Health, Alameda Health System, and Montage Health, where she focused on informatics, training, instructional design, and clinical transformation. She is recognized for her strengths in process improvement, change management, project management, and employee development, bringing a combination of strategic vision and hands-on mentoring to every team she leads.
Marcy holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development from Penn State University. Passionate about fostering strong teams and improving operational outcomes, she combines technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to drive innovation and success in the healthcare industry.
