About Marcy
Marcy Simoni is a healthcare strategy and innovation leader with about 20 years of experience across consulting, digital health, and enterprise strategy. She began her career at Price WaterhouseCoopers, where she advised hospitals and health systems on operational cost improvement, supply chain, process improvement, and transformational projects. After earning her Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins, she joined Massachusetts General Hospital to help launch its telehealth program, which she helped scale from a pilot into a robust service, particularly during COVID-19, and eventually led the team during her roughly six years there. She then spent three years at Mass General Brigham developing enterprise strategy and strategic vision before taking her current role as Senior Director of Market Strategy for the North Region at Quest Diagnostics, where she leads regional strategy development, annual operating planning, and growth initiatives in close collaboration with senior leaders. The diversity of her experiences, from consulting and public health to telehealth and strategy, has shaped her into a versatile professional.
