Before joining Revive Business Solutions, Maresa built an extensive background in sales development, account management, and business development across multiple industries, including technology, media, and renewable energy. Her experience as an assistant publisher, sales representative, and business development manager strengthened her expertise in relationship-building, lead generation, and strategic problem-solving—all skills she now uses to guide clients through critical financial decisions with confidence and clarity.
With roots in legal studies from Marshalltown Community College and additional studies in political science, Maresa brings a unique blend of communication, analytical thinking, and business acumen to her work. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my drive, my love for advocating for others, and my passion for helping businesses succeed and grow. I was inspired to enter this field because I genuinely enjoy working with business owners and supporting their vision.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is that the more no’s you get, the closer you are to a yes—and to never underestimate an opportunity. I’ve been fortunate to have incredible mentors along the way, including my business partner Michelle Rother, as well as Jesse Wakefield and Christiana Mangano-Vero, who each played a meaningful role in my growth.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Small to medium size businesses who are looking to increase cash flow or obtain funding for growth and scaling their businesses. Our ideal clients range from manufacturing to hospitality in the travel industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity, commitment, tenacity, being results-driven, empathy, and compassion. Outside of work, I enjoy music, painting, writing, and watching football.
