Her Interview

Ten minutes with Margaret

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being a good people person. I enjoy talking to people, learning from them, explaining things, and hearing the other person because I know a lot of the times they don't feel heard.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice is to just keep going even if things feel like they're filling up. Keep juggling. If it slows down, you're not going fast enough. Keep that drive and ambition at the forefront.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Go with your gut and do it, leap in. It's doable. You can do it. Put your mind to it. Keep going.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge is personal, getting back in the groove of doing things. The biggest opportunity is to help people who otherwise don't know where to go for their big ideas, empower business owners and get them above and beyond.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty and communication are most important to me.
