The best career advice I’ve ever received is that I can make a difference. As a domestic violence survivor, those words have been a powerful reminder that my experiences can be used to inspire change, support others, and create meaningful impact in both my career and my community.

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple yet powerful: you matter. Believe in your worth and your ability to create a fulfilling, happy, and healthy life. No matter the challenges you face, remember that your voice, your resilience, and your passion can shape not only your future but also the world around you.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is finding effective ways to help and advocate for everyone who needs support. I’m passionate about ensuring that every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances, has access to the resources, guidance, and compassion they deserve. This commitment drives me to continue growing, learning, and expanding my reach to make a lasting difference.
