About Margaret
She is a physician, anesthesiologist, and healthcare leadership expert with more than 30 years of clinical experience. She spent over three decades providing anesthesia care while also holding significant leadership positions, including Chief of Medical Staff and Operating Room Medical Director, where she focused on patient safety, quality improvement, physician engagement, and healthcare governance. Since 2025, she has transitioned into professional speaking and life mastery consulting, helping physicians address burnout, build resilience, reframe their mindset, and reconnect with their passion for medicine. She holds an MD from UC Davis School of Medicine and is board certified in anesthesiology.
