Margie Komp

Margie Komp is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree in communications and has used her training in written and oral communications, presentations, and corporate communications to maximize opportunities throughout her career. In her work, she focuses on audience development by translating technical details into value propositions for new products and services, bridging conversations between technical teams and business leaders across markets such as education, healthcare, and banking. Komp received the Delivering Customer Value award in 2015 for her contributions to releasing and re-messaging a product line. She is a member of the AI Council for a local university in Minnesota, where she helps coach new young leaders, particularly women leaders. She also engages in informal mentorships and board development. Komp is interested in the thoughtful application of AI tools for competitive research and differentiation while balancing sustainability concerns and environmental impacts.
