What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was from a man who told me to become the kind of woman he would want to do business with, not just one he would meet at a trade show. That insight motivated me to focus on professionalism, confidence, and building lasting business relationships.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to volunteer, take on as many opportunities as you can, and learn everything possible. The more knowledge and experience you gain, the more valuable and irreplaceable you become.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating a male-dominated environment. As a young woman, it can be difficult to establish credibility and earn equal recognition, but it also presents an opportunity to break barriers, demonstrate resilience, and pave the way for more women to succeed in the industry.
