About Maria
Maria DiazBonilla serves as Executive Producer and co-founder of a media company dedicated to creating podcasts and inspiring media content for Gen Z. After graduating from Thomas Klenis College, a liberal arts school, a little over a year ago, she joined her older brother in launching the company, where she spent the first six months self-taught in editing, cameras, equipment, and studio building before releasing content. The company aims to help Gen Z build excellent careers while finding meaning and happiness, counteracting issues like depression and anxiety through formation-focused media, with plans for a network of 12 to 15 podcasts, in-person events, and newsletters. Prior to this, Maria volunteered for three to four years helping college students on campus. She attributes her success to God and her family, who prepared her to seize opportunities, and she values being at peace with every stage of life. Maria advises young women entering the industry to find a team that respects their ideas and cares about their success as much or more than they do, and she treasures the incredible team she works with.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God and my family. They've set me up to say yes to the right things that have come my way and to prepare for those moments of opportunity. I also value being at peace with every stage of life and living in the present throughout all of it.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find a team that respects your ideas and cares about your success just as much or even more than you do.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The people that I work with. I have the most incredible team.
